Katrina Anniversary Coming Up: Expect Heavy Flurries of Terra from WH

Here is the weather report from me, who knows nothing about weather but an awful lot about how the Bush-Cheney-Rove administration works. The one year anniversary of Katrina is coming up. Spike Lee has a two part miniseries on HBO. NOLA still hasn't been cleaned up. The Gulf Coast is still in a shambles. Al Gore has convinced America that the hurricane was W.'s fault, too.

Expect non stop terra action out of our White House all the way up to 9-11.

Here are my recommended tips for mental safety.

1. Stay calm

2. Believe nothing you hear on CNN or FOX News. Always confirm everything from at least three online sources.

3. Do something fun with your family.

4. See what you can do to help the folks in NOLA and the Gulf Coast.

5. Enjoy the feeling of clearheadedness and the ability to act effortlessly and efficiently that comes when one is not paralyzed with fear.

6. If you have to fly across the Atlantic, choose Air France. You are not going to be the victim of a Terra attack if you fly American, but if you choose Air France, you wont even have to worry about it.
