Repuke DE Senate Candidate uses scare tactics for his campaign too

Delaware U.S. Senate candidate and Delta airlines pilot Mike Protack says it may be time to ban all carry-on items on planes.

"Do you really want to spend the rest of your life wondering what the person beside you has in their water bottle?" said Protack, who was piloting a flight out of Washington on Thursday, when news of the foiled terror plot broke. "I am greatly concerned about the second layer of defense against this liquid threat. We can outlaw bottled water on airplanes, but what do we do at stadiums and festivals. The technology exists to detect these weapons and it is time that we implement it nationally."

Sorry Mike, no I don't worry about the passinger next to me with that water bottle and what's in it. Hell that person should worry about me cause I get damn cranky when I get dehydrated!

1. Geez, Louise, if a person can't have a drink of water,
doesn't that mean the "terrorists have won?" To all the Republicans running for office: sit down, take a deep breath and try to figure out another way to scare the shit out of us. Water's not going to work.

2. I have a feeling this ban will stick around until after midterms

Because they want us to be scared and it wasn't happening anymore even after we banned nail files, pocket knives, nail clippers, lighters and a host of other things deemed "Dangerous".

If congress were to somehow enact a total ban on all carry-ons then the least the airline stewardess could do is provide complementary Lunesta, Ambien or Xanax for us to survive through this flight
