If you see any instances of swiftboating of "our" candidates (or of candidates you think are worthy of being "our" candidates), post it! We can link the email address/comment forms for these scumsuckers in the MSM and bombard their in-boxes. They WILL listen. Personally, I intend to cc: the sponsors of these networks as well.
Don't just bitch about it while you sit back and let it happen. We MUST get aggressive against the swiftboaters. Like it or not, these bastards have immense pull over public opinion, but the truth is, we have immense pull over them. A few dozen (or hundreds, but I'm being realistic here) emails about how utterly irresponsible they are WILL have an effect.
So keep your eyes peeled, DUers. You have your orders. That is all.
On edit: It's already begun. Thanks to kpete for posting this earlier in GD.
Ned Lamont's getting Swiftboated
"Is Ned Lamont the Al Qaeda candidate?"
This was the question that CNN's Chuck Roberts posed this afternoon to Hotline's John Mercurio.
Today on CNN Headline News, anchor Chuck Roberts discussed the impact of the foiled British terror plot with Hotline senior editor John Mercurio. Roberts asked Mercurio, “How does this factor into the Lieberman/Lamont contest? And might some argue, as some have, that Lamont is the al Qaeda candidate?”
