RNC Slammed for Photoshopped Image of Dean as Hitler
....DNC spokesperson Finney....emailed us the following:

"If its true, its really disgraceful to think that as America faces a new terrorist threat the RNC was busy doing this and sending out fundraising emails."

It's true. There are several links to the shot (which the RNC switched out after they were busted) at the tpm link above , but this one has good compaisons between shopped vs original-

Democrats Assail GOP Fundraising Effort
Democrats Cry Foul Over New Republican Fundraising Effort Mentioning War on Terrorism

WASHINGTON Aug 11, 2006 (AP) Democrats assailed the Republicans Friday for e-mailing a fundraising appeal mentioning the war on terror hours after British authorities disclosed they had disrupted a plot to blow up aircraft headed to the United States.

"In the middle of a war on terror, we need to remain focused on furthering Republican ideas more than ever before," former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani said in a letter that asked for donations to the Republican National Committee.

The RNC blamed a low-level staffer for distributing the fundraising appeal, which the party said had been scheduled for release before news of the plot broke.

"Once the RNC learned of this error we ceased distribution of the e-mail," said Tracey Schmitt, a party spokeswoman.

Democrats didn't accept the explanation.

3. What's with the Nazi/Hitler fascination of the RNC? Always doing things
with Nazi themes.

4. Islamic fascists, Hitler moustaches -it's a theme
They're trying to exploit images of how the US viewed itself in decades gone by.

5. The Hitler Race
Our county Republican chair called war protesters Nazis on TV before the war.
What I think is that most of them can't or don't read, what's happening here looks like pre-WWII Germany without the wheelbarrow Deutchmarks.

Since they know what they're doing, they're trying to blame it on us. :kick:
