Impeachment and/or ICC?

We need to push on two fronts - 1. we must push congress to begin impeachment proceedings, and
2. we must push the ICC to bring war crimes charges against Bush, Cheney, Rove, etc.... (the whole bunch)!

Of course, we need to push on the impeachment front. We must also emphasize that we are out to impeach and remove Bush and Cheney. There is no criminal conspiracy involving Iraq or the war on terror of which Bush was a part that Cheney was not also a part; moreover, Cheney may be accused of conflict of interest for the way he sheperded Halliburton contracts through the procurement system on a no-bid basis.

I would prefer to see the war criminals of the Bush regime indicted, tried and convicted in federal court. If the United States is unable or unwilling to make a good faith effort against these people, then an international tribunal should be convened for that purpose.
