Police in London say they have foiled a plot to blow up planes headed for the U.S., in mid-air, over the Atlantic Ocean. Several suspects are reportedly under arrest.

...and keep in mind, I'm not saying it is real. Anyway, if it is a real threat, it's a little unclear how much of a threat it would have been.

I'm probably not saying this correctly but....it just seems to me that if a plane blows up over the atlantic ocean, yes it would be bad if all of the people on the plane died. But at least they would not be flying into buildings killing even more people!
