Scotty was the pudgy-faced, earnest water boy.

Both have in common some relationship to reality - even if to lie and obfuscate so as to cover the bosses' asses.

Snow is a whole other deal. The daily pressers are little more than the show he did on Faux. He's clearly been given carte blanche to go out there and spew any damn crap he wants to. They oughtta just shut the whole fucking down and go home. He's about as useful as tits on a bull.
