Poll question: For House or Senate, would you want Lamont to come stump for you?
He just won a big victory, with huge press coverage and a big message against Bush's bungling of foreign policy. If you were running for the House or Senate, would you invite him to come stump for you?

1. If I were running for a Connecticut state office, yes, absolutely.
He'd do it without prompting from us.

2. Well, I'm in Ga. and I'd LOVE some Dem to speak like Ned!
All our Dems are weinies here, and they could learn something from Ned!

3. If he wins, sure, but the only race he should be concerned about
this year is his senate race because it won't be easy.

4. That depends on his schedule
He is still, at this moment, in a race to be the next Sen from Connecticut. He should be spending time on his race and putting his money and resources into his race. Other nationally known Dems should come and stump for him.

It is not yet a sure-thing that Lamont will win Connecticut. I think that should be his upper most concern right now.

5. Yes, if he could fit me in
I think Lamont's going to be busy this fall - very busy. There are few states where the occupation of Iraq is still popular. I would definitely want him to appear for me if I were running (except in Idaho).

He had a great line last night about bringing to troops home to a hero's welcome. Why didn't someone on our side think of that before?

6. If I were running in Nebraska.. .no.. .Massachusetts...yes..
Also depends on your district. WHile in general you wouldn't want him anywhere near say Mississippi...there are a couple districts there where he might help...
