Remember Gore's incredibly graceful concession speech in 2000...
Compare Gore's grace and selflessness to that of his old running mate, Joe Lieberman, last night. Joe Lieberman's selfish refusal to concede defeat and support the winner of his party is graceless and indefensible.

2. Graceless, indefensible, and oh so predictable.
DLC = the "me first" wing of the Democratic party.

4. Lieberman self-aggrandizing to the core

doesn't give a damn about anything but his cushy sucked-up-to lifestyle. What a p.o.s.

7. Didn't Joe tell Al
to back off and just "get over it"?

Not in those exact words, but the exact same effect ...

9.  Lieberman blamed Gore's "people vs the powerful" message for their loss.
He and the DLC's Al From, that is.

10. It was such a magnificent speech that even Chris Matthews praised Gore's
"sublime masculinity". No, I'm not making this up.

11. Tweety sure does seem to be obsessed with politicians' masculinity.
Just saying...
