Poll question: If you lived in CT and Joe Lieberman wins tomorrow...what would you do?
Edited on Mon Aug-07-06 08:04 PM by SaveElmer
Though I have said I would support Lamont were I in Connecticut because of Lieberman's determination to go Indie should he lose...and I would...it would nevertheless be hypocritical of me not to support Lieberman should he win the Democratic primary...

1. I would vote for Lieberman
but I think holding your nose and voting for the Democrat isn't exactly the same as "supporting" him.

2. Abstain. Lieberman won't need my vote to win.
There are enough independents and Repubs who will vote for him.

3. I look for the D.
Overall, Lieberman has a pretty Liberal voting record.

We could do worse...

4. I will likely abstain
If Joe wins, he'll win big in November, imo.

6. I am in CT and will never vote for Joe again.
Not for dog catcher. He has betrayed all Dmocrats with his neocon alleigence. He has enabled Bush to ignore our constitution and ruin our hopes for being a true peacemaker as a country. We are now war mongers and fear mongers. Joe has been the most influential democrat in terms of enablement. As far as I am concerned I hope he retires to a closet to suck eggs.

7. Abstain
Everybody's said that Joe is so popular among Independents and Republicans that he doesn't need liberal Democratic support. Let's see if that's true.
