PREDICTION: Lieberman loses tomorrow
I hope I don't have to eat my words.

I just have never found Lieberman likeable. So many people have said that Lieberman is a likeable guy. I found him snarly, pompous petty and arrogant, he was a total turnoff, during the debates.

His continued support of Bush's war should be his death sentence. There is NO JUSTIFICATION for going to war in Iraq and the fact that he STILL supports going to war - for NO REASON - should finish him. No American life should be lost for a war started for no good reason. No Iraqi life should be lost in a war for NO GOOD REASON. The American people were lied to and the fact that Lieberman hasn't understood that and supported most of his party should be the reason for his demise.

This primary will be the showing of how the American people feel about War mongers that have little regard for human life.

8. Count me in too.
I am also from CT. Did you hear how he commented on the people voting for Lieberman? Like its just a bunch of loony extremists? That's how dismissive he is. The pompous ass will never get my vote again. Maybe I will vote for the Green candidate. Or just abstain too. I used to just not think he was on the right page on many issues. But I despise him now.

16. I would never vote for a Republican.
I said maybe Green. But I will likely abstain too. I am so disgusted by Lieberman's behavior. He will never get my vote again.

4. Joe Lieberman did not stand up for my vote in 2000
the one I cast for HIM.

I think that any of us who voted for the Gore/Lieberman ticket have a legitimate bone to pick with him, and I think that, among other things, that is responsible for the sharks circling the waters for his blood.

He also just smiled genially during his "debate" with Cheney when Dick said that the government "had nothing to do" with all the money he earned at Halliburton. In fact, all the money he made there came straight from the government. So Joe's getting a little blowback now.

5. Al Gore is a good man, though he made a bad choice with his VP.
Gore should have taken Bob Graham or Jim Hunt. He would have done better in the red states.

12. I saw the 'debate' when it re-ran on C-span. I was horrified by
Lieberman's behavior. So hostile, so petulant, so defensive, so REPUBLICAN.
I only wish I could have the pleasure of voting him out of office tomorrow...
Go Ned!!
