If actions were louder than words, ware would we be?
Kerry’s comments after attending the funeral of 20-year-old Marine Lance Cpl. Geoffrey Cayer of Fitchburg, MA, who was killed on July 18 in Iraq.

See the post by Bob Geiger http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=post&forum=132&topic_id=2759794&mesg_id=2759794

Kerry: "Stories like this break your heart -- so young, so brave, so dedicated and so close to coming home." ~ John Kerry, August 2, 2006

Kerry: "Apart from the obvious heart-wrenching sadness of that moment, I was struck, as I walked up to the graveside, by the number of new headstones, all of which read Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom." ~ John Kerry, August 3, 2006.

As of 8/6/06, The Official US military death toll in Iraq is 2587. And US military wounded in Iraq is 18988. Iraqi civilian deaths (minimum) 39733 http://www.michaelmoore.com/

Kerry: I have said it before and I believe it deeply, we in Congress have a special constitutional responsibility and a moral obligation to hold the executive branch accountable for making the right choices for our troops and our country. Frankly, that begins by demanding honesty when it comes to the war in Iraq." ~ John Kerry, August 3, 2006

Lead the charge Senator Kerry; I’m sure millions of Americans and the world will support and follow you. Americans who can see, and are helplessly watching this warmongering lying fascist Tyrant and his cronies occupying the white house, with seemingly enough support from congress, destroying our children, our country, our respect and the hope of humanities future. Be the leader this country needs and fulfill the oath you took, fulfill your constitutional responsibility, fulfill your moral obligation to the American people and the peoples of the world. And while you’re at it, demand that all of congress and the senate do the same, before the task becomes impossible and Earth becomes the tomb stone…

1. When I try to explain to my rw relation just how bad shrub has
effed up our standing in the world, the comeback is "Well, which form of government would you rather?? Theirs or ours???" So I read to him from PNAC mission statement and I ask him, why American influence and control, why not Swiss, why not French, why not English, why not Polish, Dane, Dutch, Irish, Canadian??? Oh no... it's gotta be that shining city on the hill, (the one that used to be) to be used as an example to the world.

What the hell has taken over the thinking minds of America, for one there's Fox News. A Tokyo Rose for the 21st Century.

2. I think we would have the greatest government in the world
if our leaders would read and follow the Constitution.

3. I remember a story about the village of Auschwitz,
I remember a story about the village of Auschwitz, several miles from the death camps. At the end of the war the Americans made the residence of the village go to the death camp and help the survivors and bury the dead. I remember villagers surprise while claiming they had no idea, that such horrible atrocities were being committed. Maybe someday the truth about America will come out. I hope we don’t have to lose a war to find out. Because the world will end before we lose a war…
