4. As I read his Bio...

I can't help but feel a deep sorrow for the people of New York, especially those who lost loved ones in 9/11. This administration has exploited that tragedy over and over again to justify the horrific policies it has put in place. Exploiting the misery of people to further your own selfish agenda has got to be the lowest form of exploitation there is.

Unfortunately Crummy has a home in my state. The northern New Mexican town he lives in put a huge banner up protesting him and the war in Iraq. Personally, I wish he was banned from my state. We already have all those damn nukes sitting underground in my city and the building of the atomic bomb to tarnish our karma here. We don't need Crummy here to bring any more evil to our state.

That's not read as Biography%5 CRUMMY.jpg

You should be reading it as Biography %5C RUMMY.jpg

The %5C is just a character encoding of the normal / separator in URLs. Sometimes the non-alphanumeric characters will get replaced by their character encodings when you copy and paste the URL, which I would guess is how the OP ended up with %5C instead of /.

www . defenselink.mil/DODCMSShare/Biography%5CRUMMY.jpg and www . defenselink.mil/DODCMSShare/Biography/RUMMY.jpg are the exact same URL.
