GOP Donors Funded Entire PA Green Party Drive
K, we've done it. We've nailed it down: Every single contributor to the Pennsylvania Green Party Senate candidate is actually a conservative -- except for the candidate himself.

The Luzerne County Green Party raised $66,000 in the month of June in order to fund a voter signature drive. The Philly Inquirer reported yesterday that $40,000 came from supporters of Rick Santorum's campaign (or their housemates). Also yesterday, we confirmed that another $15,000 came from GOP donors and conservatives. Only three contributions, totaling $11,000, remained as possible legit donations.

3. Well, I think it may have been typos or transcription errors.
For instance, my "n"s tend to look like "u"s, so one of my donations showed up in the database of 2004 presidential donors with the letters "lu" where the letters "in" should have been; someone transcribed the form wrong.

I'm the first to get all over the Green Party for taking this money, but I think these names were probably just mistakes probably made by the election commission.

2. So Am I Understanding This Right - Santorum Will Have A Dem
opponent as well as a Green opponent. Are they are hoping that the Green will split the vote and Santorum will win or are they hoping that the race will be too close to call so they could steal it?

4. Sure makes me wonder about the Greens in other states
And it sure is noticeable how many people who have been bashing the DLC as "Republicrats" and the like are scrambling around DU tonight trying desperately to defend this wholly owned subsidiary of the GOP.
