1. Yes, we dare hope
Lieberman is a disgace to America and the Democratic Party. He's a Bush Bubbah.

2. He'll get enough signatures. I'm sure of it.
Even if he has to go to the Repukes to get the signatures, he'll do it, if he isn't already doing so.

I really liked this reply to that post:

"They don't want stories like this (0.00 / 0)
So most likely they'll keep most of their sigs and turn them in on primary day. That way they don't remind Democratic voters that they're planning on giving them the finger at the same time as they are trying to woo Democratic voters with their bullshit about how Joe is a "loyal" Democrat."

Exactly.

4. He'll get enough
It isn't that hard to collect enough signatures. Not for a guy who polls in the 40% range statewide.

5. That is signatures submitted, not signatures collected
I am sure there are many more that have been collected but not yet submitted.

As much as I wish he would fall short, I think he will almost surely get enough to be on the ballot.

God it would be great if I were wrong though.

7. This is just results from three clerks
I'm guessing they will submit more than enough. If the victory for Lamont is decisive he may wise up and be told to drop this independent run.
