More GOP ineptitude on climate change
Remember, the Big Energy-backed Republican Party would like you to believe in something that flatly isn't true, that there's any scientific doubt about global warming, its causes and what dangers we face if we continue to ignore climate change. With that in mind, Think Progress brings us this snippet of an article in Energy and Environment Daily (subscription only):
Continued Republican House and Senate majorities would likely mean more of the same on climate. House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) said he would oppose global warming mandates if Republicans control the 110th Congress. "I think the information is not adequate yet for us to do anything meaningful," he said.
"... not adequate yet". Sounds to me like an apt summary of Republican governance. Not adequate yet. Not adequate ever.

Enjoying the heat, Roy?

1. You don't get it. The GOP WANTS Global Warming
The GOP is controlled by Christian Fundamentalist Neocons intent on creating disorder and destruction in the world-- especially in The Mid-East-- as part of their program to bring about The Apocalypse and The Second Coming of Christ.

All of Bush's "failed" policies are directed toward this effort.

It is not incompetence that has led to these "failures" that have de-stabilized the world-- this is the deliberate intent of Bush's foreign and domestic policies.

Everything from the condom-free programs to "fight" AIDS around the world that actually spreads MORE AIDS, to the so-called "Roadmap To Peace" which is actually a "Roadmap to The Apocalypse." These "failures" are deliberate.

"Nobody could have anticipated..." is the new GOP Mantra.

All the Bush policies that encourage global warming, pollution, spreading AIDS, destroying social safety nets-- it's all meant to de-stabilize the world into desperate, impoverished, warring factions. It's all meant to spread death, disease and famine as they believe is foretold in Revelation.

America's Roadmap to The Apocalypse
