And why? Because he wants to recreate it WITHIN the federal government so they can get the list of names of every American who calls. How's that for creepy? And guess what that will do? It will stop people, especially kids, from calling the suicide prevention line, so many of them will kill themselves.

2. Study back before I surfed the web showed depressed people

generally tended to be more grounded in reality. The neocons sure as hell don't want those kinds of people loose in the population. How better to rid the nation of them than to make them suffer without help until they have finally had enough?

Also, a data bank of people with emotional problems gives them plenty of scape goats to frame for any little MIHOPs they may need to pull in the future.
