The Dems need to start playing rough. Fight fire with fire.

Before they shut it down though - they need to put a amendment on the Minimum Wage Bill to raise the Minimum Wage even higher than what came out of the house. WHY? The Repugs are counting on the Dems to kill this bill because of the attachment of the additional tax cuts/estate tax. Then in Nov. the Repugs can say they tried to pass a Minimum Wage increase but the Dems killed it.

So we need the Dems to put an amendment on this bill to raise the Minimum Wage even higher and then support passing it.

The Repugs won't know what to do. They can't vote no against raising the Minimum Wage even higher - cause the Dems will use that against them in Nov.

They can't let this go through the Senate because their 'corporate base' Wal-Mart, et al - will not want this.

* won't be able to veto it - because it will hurt the Repugs in Nov.

We need to play their game and this is two ways to do this. `1. Raise the Min Wage even higher. Support the Senate bill - push to pass it. Put the Repugs on the defensive. When the Dems retake the House and/or Senate they can revisit and rescind the tax cuts. 2. After this - shut down the Senate and jump all over Roberts, *Co and the Repugs for lying, coverup, not wanting the truth to come out, etc.
