What statement is he trying to make with that unruly haircut and absurd mustache anyway?

because he's just that bad a dude.

He's truly a dolt and an embarrassment to the U.S. But so is this entire administration.

And so is his behaviour. Its my opinion that Bush just hates the UN, he sent Bolton to be a pain in the arse to them.
