She eloquently spoke to the anti Iraq war position, and explained that the choices were not just 'invade Iraq and topple Saddam' or 'do nothing' but that the international community already had 'Saddam in a box' and were 'de-fanging' him.

You never know which Tweety will show up on any given day. He seems to be all riled up today. He keeps using the Frankenstein analogy that we made this monster (Iraq).
Even Tucker made sense. He said something to the effect that Iraq was a deterrent against Iran. Now that Iraq has gone to hell in a hand basket, they free to do as they wish.
