Stabbed in the Back
An excellent political analysis of the Right and their use of the word "treason" to mask their incompetence. A fascinating, well written piece that stretches from WW2 through the present. It really helps to define the political beast that Democrats are facing today.

5. Excellent summation of several decades of dirty tricks
ironically Nixon's name was prominent.

I didn't realize that General Douglas MacArthur plan for victory in Koren involved using upward of 50 nuclear bomb. Didn't the bloodly fool even comprehend what two such bombs did to Japan -- but he wanted to use 50 against China. Idiot!

It also appears that the Republicans have become experts at wining by lying or making up humongous stories which the public believes.

I hope that the democratic leadership reads this article (if any still remember how to read complex history).

6. So the U.S. military has been "stabbed in the back" by the Bushies who
have ordered them into an ill-advised war and occupation but have never, ever supported them or even listened to them?

Seriously, it's a great analysis. Thanks for posting.
