3. I have always looked back to the Contract on America and

Newt Gingrich as the start of the fall of America.
That point in time signaled the increased attacks on Clinton and the downright criminal smearing of opponents by the republican party.

if KKKarl had contact with Luciane Goldberg (Lewinsky's "friend") and her cohorts at the Heritage Foundation.
