Bush response to Iraq's plan to help us out of the quagmire?

This weekend, as you've no doubt read, Iraq offered an approach to ending the U.S. occupation of Iraq: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13521628/site/newsweek/

It's a huge opportunity for Bush to get out without completely losing face (relatively speaking, of course). But does he have the sense and/or decency (relatively speaking, of course) to put an end to the madness?

Has anyone heard any indications of how the White House is going to handle this?

withdrawel....it seems that this administration is in even greater dissray than appeared....they don't know what the hell they are doing....
