Biden has perfect response to Cheney comments.

When Blitzer read a long vitriolic Cheney quote to Biden and asked if he wanted to comment, Biden came up with a perfect response. Although not an exact quote, Joe said that he would not respond to Deadeye's attacks because Dick is at 23% in the polls and no one pays any attention to him. God, I loved that. Hagel then went on to excoriate the use of cheap political sloganeering such as "cut and run". All in all this was a very satisfying discussion and I think treating Cheney's pronouncements as irrelevant to the political debate is a sound tactic.

3. I found myself agreeing with Hagel alot

Finally, reasonable republicans are starting to speak up. Good God, how much longer can they continue to sit mute while Bu*H and Deadeye continue to make power-grabs?

craft a political solution to this mess we would be seen grabbing on to helicopters to escape the chaos below, ought to jolt DC to reality. All in all, though, what Biden said is on the money and I wish I'd have seen it. Yes, "satisfying" is the word.
