Taxes Are Going To Kills Us November
The majority of american people aren't very bright when it comes to political issues, I personally don't think these people should be allowed to vote. People hate paying taxes and allowing the republicans to get away with the talking point that they lower taxes and democrats raise them would be a huge mistake this election year. The problem is I don't hear any democrat ever bring this up. We need to explain to the american people that the current tax cuts only benefit the wealthiest of Americans and removing those tax cuts would not affect the taxes an average american will have to pay. Why is this not being done?

Also, why are we allowing the republicans to decide what we will talk about this election year. Why are we talking about immigration and terrorism; we need to be talking about what we will do for the american people if we are elected; healthcare, a more effective welfare system (that means more than just pouring more money in to the system, I mean reforming it), care for our troops that are coming back from war and the ones that are still in war, the mounting deficit our children will have to pay for, election fraud and on top of all that accountability.

I'm sure most of you already know this but I feel like I have to post this as I am getting extremely paranoid about the elections coming up. I just feel like the democratic leadership will fuck this up somehow. And don't get me wrong, I respect people like Dean but I am getting extremely sick of republicans picking the debates this country has.

4. since bushco has taken over property taxes have increased dramatically,
gas is ridiculous and the cost of it is driving everything else up too, and homeowners, flood and windstorm insurance is legalized piracy protected by the government.

and how many people have been laid off and how many have not gotten the raises and bonuses they typically got?

we are all getting fucked, and bushco is doing the fucking.

5. The majority of the American people are a lot smarter than you
think.

Every citizen should be allowed to vote.

Good Lord!

6. Your argument is BS! Most people HATE that all the big tax benefits
went to VERY wealthy, and large businesses!

I don't HATE paying taxes, and when I was making $75.000 and my taxes were a lot higher than they are now (down to 29,000 earnings), and I didn't HATE paying my taxes then either!

I resented the fact that my higher paid coworkers weren't paying any SS taxes after mid year, and I'd like to see THAT changed.

You see, I'm not a greedy person! I was quite happy earning enough money to have almost anything I really wanted, and that's what I had...even AFTER paying my taxes.

That has to be about the dumbest statement I have heard in quite a while. You must be president of that group of american people who aren't very bright when it comes to political issues.
