So now Bush is inviting Democrats to the White House ??
Edited on Thu Jun-15-06 10:04 AM by kentuck
Why? Is he going to become a "bi-partisan, gotta work together" President because he thinks the Democrats may win in November? So he will go back to his "Governor-mode" where he worked with the Democrats in Texas legislature? I say, screw you George! If we get the chance, we should hang you up by the balls. Just my opinion, but I don't think the Democrats should work with you at all now. We shoud ignore you and work around you if we win back the House or Senate. Yes, you may veto whatever we pass, but you get nothing for the next two years either. We will wait you out, you SOB!

1. I'd go.
Only so I could piss on the toilet paper in his bathroom.

14. And you really think that he would change the toilet paper himself?
Even if he didn't have people to do it for him, he still probably wouldn't be able to figure out how to change the roll.

5. Is there one scheduled? If so, they should change it so as not to
"interfere" with the big cheese. He's pulled this stunt before, the Dems should be smart enough to anticipate this, and have a back up plan ready to go.

6. He wants to blackmail the Democrats, in small groups,
with the info gleaned from those illegal NSA wire-taps.......

He doesn't want to make veiled threats.....he wants them to hear the conversations about which they are being blackmailed and he wants to see their reactions!

12. that sounds about right but ,..
I don't think that Leon Panetta will let him use him or Vernon Jordan, but of course Jordan is Clinton's friend and he let him use him for Katrina but that was for a good cause. Katrina really showed that they needed dems because they didn't know what to do.

9. There was a Dem plan roll-out scheduled for today
Smirk invited them to the WH to make sure the roll-out didn't happened. He's the most disgusting pig ever to rule any nation in history.

10. If I had been the Leader of the Democrats....?
I would have sent a message to Mr Bush that we would be glad to accept his offer, but not today. We have other commitments. However we do appreciate your invitation and would welcome a discussion with you on all the issues at a later time.

Thank you.

11. Its like usual he gets the dems and acts like he working together
and that he is being bipartisan. Next, he gets their ideas and promotes them like they are his, then throws them in their face and goes back to his partisan bull.

13. I think he is just innoculating himself.
It takes the quantifiers from zero to "some," an all-too-typical Bushian tactic. Bush has had "some" Democrats over to work together "on more than one occasion." Bush has admitted "some" mistakes in the Iraq war. Bush doesn't do nothing. He does next to nothing, a quantity that Rove knows dimwits experience as "some."

They also experience "a lot" as some. Americans have had to have some patience and some sacrifice. It's sheer beauty to watch it work. All of Bush's extremes change from always, never, a gigantic amount, and almost none to some. He's a moderate.
