3. No such luck
You are looking at the primary for the November general election numbers. The special run-off election numbers are right above to fill the seat for the remaining 5 months due to the Dukester's "retirement". Busby will lose by less than 5 points (49-45).

4. That's the primary for the full term.
Busby is ahead cause she has 90% the Democratic vote while Bilbray won only 54% of the pub vite.
