That is the special election. They are also running for their primary for the nov. election. Against members of their own party.

The primary for the 2006 general election.

There is also a run-off election to fill the vacant congressional seat which is just between Busby and Bilbray.

8. Wrong election
That is the primary number. It's Busby's numbers against her Democratic opponent and Bilbray's against his Repug. opponent.

4. That % hasn't changed in hours. I don't know where there are
up to time results, but I'm hearing them on the KGO radio stream. Even they are saying the results are VERY SLOW coming in.
