unbelievable ...Anderson Cooper just said that every troop in Iraq
has been told they are under "orders" to get ethics training immediately.

Shame on the Bush administration. BRING OUR TROOPS HOME! Get them out of this no-win war situation!

12. When we used to get a little heavy-handed..
the locals would complain to the Aussies who would file complaints.

The DoD would send out some idiot to refresh us on the rules of engagement.

We just loved it because they would drop a couple of pallets of Budweiser (ugh) the day of the bs lecture.

My favorite was when one Beret (huge black guy, can't remember his name) walked up to the dude talking. Handed him his .45 and said, "Shoot me now, motherfucker, because that is what's gonna happen if we do what you're saying."

5. Is this anything like the ethics training that White House staff
had to attend after Valerie Plame was outed? Which event do you think sparked this, Haditha?

16. I remember in the wake of the "Tailhook" scandal
We all had to undergo "sexual harassment" training. It was PR, nothing more, and ridiculed by evryone who had to attend.

This just another example of the military trying to appear to take corrective measures, while not really doing much of anything. They don't want the troops to become well versed in Ethics; half of them would desert if they did.

up front.

Especially the Bush administration.
