5. local TV says Cap. Police are viewing it as isolated. They have sealed

the underground tunnels to the Rayburn building and the lockdown applies only to the House side. Max Baucus is continuing to speak in the Senate.

NBC now says that there is a firing range in that garage!

But they didn't mention a firing range. My, what a good place for guns.

Congressman Delahunt - D - MA was on my tv ABC local Special Report,
on the phone, saying he's in 'lock down' at the Capital in his office.
He said he was walking to his car in the parking garage and security
told him to head for his office instead.
He said he was glad to hear the voice of security there...
said that it "sounded" like gunfire (4 shots)
