NFL - Porter 'I got something to say to Bush'
I love this guy! His phones are probably being tapped now. The White House will leak something bad about him. He'll be trashed by Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and Dr. James Dobson.

Porter: 'I got something to say to Bush'
FOXSports.com

As he showed during Super Bowl week last February, Steelers linebacker Joey Porter isn't afraid to speak his mind. And apparently, that extends to the president of the United States.

According to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Porter has a bone to pick with President George W. Bush when the Super Bowl champion Steelers visit the White House on June 2.

"Yeah, I got something to say to Bush, I'm going to have a swagger when I walk in there, too," Porter said. "I'm looking forward to it. I have something to tell him, too. I don't like the way things are running right now.

6. I'd be buying popcorn to that showdown...

idiot cowboy meets football player...

the sad part is that our nation's football players have not said anything, nor has hollywood, nor has our baseball player...

so Hats off bigtime to Joey for being the first big NFL guy to even say something about this insanity....

7. I think Jake Plummer fired on Smirky from afar
once when his pal Tillman died, and then again when it came out that the DoD lied about how he died.

You have to understand that NFL players got HUGE tax cuts from this admin. They're part of Smirk's base - the have WAY mores. One of our local radio jocks, John Jurkovic, admitted on the air that he voted for Clinton twice, and then it "cost him alot of money in taxes", but he did it anyway because of his beliefs in other areas. An NFLer who makes $4M/yr would have to be pretty circumspect to complain about the man who put $.5M in his pocket.

Also, the brass of all of the major sports leagues are 99.9% GOP. Sports is a rich man's club, and as such is nearly all GOP.
