No need to tune in, I'll take a hit for the team.

Howard Dean was just on in a short interview saying we wont win by being 'Republican Lite'. The host wasn't upset at all.

Now Pat Robertson is trashing Bush. Whoa!

Something's cookin' in fundie land.

10. I have no clue who. I'm a dunce. But with all the extreme right
MSM now, it shouldn't take much to sway their fundie faithful. A dash of gay marriage, sprinkle with abortion, stir in some stem cell, and top with contraception. Bake until it's a lightly toasted charming public speaker with an admirable vocabulary, and voila!

7. Highly possible.
They see the handwriting on the wall. They have shot their wad and now, may well see that it's time to start making nice to the Dems, in the real and present danger(to them) of finding themselves getting an enema from a few congressional committees.

Frankly, I have a feeling all the making nice in the world ain't gonna bail out some of them. Like Ol' Pat, for instance.

6. I Really Believe That Bush & Cheney will....

RESIGN before the end of their terms that is after they have finished raping this country of it heart and soul....it will take 4 to 5 terms to repair the damage these clowns have done...

Trust me though.....PR is a tool for the administration....there has to be a method to this statement...

9. The clock is running out...
...and the fundies are realizing that, having hitched their wagon to a star named "W," their dream of a theocracy is going down with him.

It's like when Kenneth Lay went from "Kenny Boy" to "never heard of him" for Chimpy himself.

13. Yep. Even some fundies hoped for a ban on contraceptions
Rove kept his far right wing fundies data base updated with alerts. They really placed their hopes high in thinking W would install theocracy according to their religious narrow beliefs.

Suckers.

12. Intrigued by this news, I just popped over to the 700 Club site. I am
amazed and gratified to have read the following posts:

4/26/2006 5:38:45 PM deacnblews This is a 1st something we finally agree on. Bush may declare himself a Christian, but so did David Koresh. GOD judges a person on their actions, not what they declare to be. Democrats need to seriously get back in the game.

4/26/2006 6:17:04 PM Why didn't Bush defend the lady and her views on freedom of religion? He sided with Hu Jintao and is going to have her prosecuted? She could have federal charges? That's a bunch of crap! 1st amendment people. Oh but China has the United States back against Iran. Who cares about human rights and religous freedom? I do Georgie! Matt 7-21 Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. God bless the USA and entire world!

4/26/2006 9:23:08 PM YES there definitly do need to be some changes in the present administration. My spouse & I voted for Mr. Bush & realize he has a tough job but that's why he ran. I realize he's only human but the present state of the nation is rediculous-conservative or liberal view either one. He could start with Michael Chirtoff & get FEMA doing a more effective job on the gulf coast & get those millions of parked mobile homes to those on the coast who need them instead of being stored states away.I'm thankfull the church has been so helpfull down on the coast but we don't pay taxes for big ineffective beauacracies. It's not a good ol' boys, Ill scratch your back if you'll scratch mine nation.

4/27/2006 8:39:57 AM deacnblews thinks that Bush has gotten a rubber stamp from congress, what about social security reform and Harriet Meyers? That being said, I think Bush's top level associates are lying crooks, who would rather try to spin a bad policy than change it into a good one. Bush and Cheney have lost all credibility because they are unable to admit when they are wrong. That shows weak character and weak morals. Sweeping changes need to be made, and I hope those elected next time are willing and able to try some new options on everything from the war in Iraq to Health Care to the future of Energy in this country.
