2. Believe me, I know what you mean...

...this is going to sound crazy but, in Buddhism, we are taught not to hate or hold grudges against people that you hate, because in the end, they don't feel your hate, only you do.

So, it only hurts you, in the end.

3. fully awake to that., b'lieve it or not ........... and I still feel

what i feel. (not a buddhist, per se but much in tune with the vibe of buddhism...and as a "light worker" i know better than to give way to fear/hate but still, i am there today. ugh!)
