Anyone catch Lou Dobbs tonight? Nuke Iran test?

Just caught part of a round table with three radio hosts and Lou... the lady, Randy Rhodes (I believe) was talking about a test on June 2nd to test the correct megatons to pop on Iran? She was begging the media to be there to cover the "mushroom" cloud. Does anyone have any more info about what she's talking about? Thanks for any info!

Good grief, what a mess. How did we allow this to happen. AND in defense of the innocent, what about the poor animals living in the area of Nevada in which this ungodly test will be made. how a certain tonnage of explosives are needed to get deep into the ground, (to penetrate Iran's nuke sites) but reading other's opinions here, you might come to another conclusion.

a big conventional open air test at the Nevada Test Site. It was scheduled for June 2nd, but has been delayed by the Nevada State Environmental agency.

If they do blow it, it will create a mushroom cloud -- any very large explosion will, not just nuclear.

5. You can be sure that by giving this story to the WP

(and maybe there were other media too?) that the purpose of this proving test is to generate some chest-thumping and that the media will in all likelihood, be given a red carpet to attend the event. I don't think there is any intnetion to keep this "secret".

10. i think this 'big bomb test' is a literal smoke screen

so that when they DO use nukes during an attack on iran they can claim they used 'big bombs' instead. they'll explain away any radioactivity as the 'result of IRANIAN nuke plant residue'.
