I think this furor over Iran has more to do with the Oil Bourse than Nuke Tech.

8. The US-Saudi Love

might not be as deep as we think.

I've read articles where Saudi Arabia is funding terrorists groups, Al Qaida, spends millions on madrasas; schools which are hard-line. After all, 15 of the 17 hijackers were Saudi.

In addition, there is a rumour that the U.S. is considering attacking Saudi Arabia in case things get really unstable in that country. That was the main reason why we marched into Iraq and started building military bases = to control Saudi Arabia.
