Miller said he wants to run as a Democrat because Republicans support the war in Iraq, which he said he opposes, and because he agrees with many Democratic planks such as universal health care and union bargaining rights.
"I think the country has swung too far to pro-Republican, free enterprise, big business, that sort of thing," he said in a telephone interview from his home near Aurora, about 30 miles southwest of Springfield.
Miller said his chances were slim of getting the 6,000 signatures he would need to register as an independent. He claimed people were afraid to support what he called "pro-white viewpoints."
"I believe white people are supreme at building civilizations and maintaining law and order and peace," Miller said.

Then there's this bill proposed by a Confederate reenactment group. They want to make sure that they have a statutory "right" to fly the confederate flag wherever they do their reenactments.
This bill establishes the Missouri State Park Board, created by
Executive Order 86-26, which is responsible for managing all
aspects of the Historical Marker Program. The board will consist
of eight members, two of whom must reside in a county in which a
state historic site of significant military history is located.
