Arlen Specter slaps down the president------Sort of

Big headline in the Huffington Post tonight. Arlen Specter disses Bush by saying that "It looks like he can get away with anything he likes, (NSA spying), and not pay the consequences for his actions, and it's just plain wrong". Normally, I would stand up and cheer Specter, but I really don't think he means it. If he meant it, wouldn't he take some sort of either legal or congressional action over this lawbreaking?? Nice try Arlen. If your really pissed off at Bush, get off your fat ass and do something about it!!!!

I'm assuming a j-45 a coupla is pricey? I'm not very knowledgable about the techinical stuff, though I've been playing since I was a teenager. What kind of music do you play CrazyOrangeCat? I'm a Patty Griffin freak - that's her in my avatar.

I play all sorts of stuff. Guthrie, Dylan, Beatles, Stones, Grateful Dead, a wee bit of jazz. (I basically like to get up and goof around in front of grown people.)
