I truly think they're getting ready to appoint Jeb in 2008, how do
you think the country will react to a Jeb candidate announcement? They're pushing idiot Romney on to the national stage so I'm pretty sure they're going to insert him into the V.P. slot.

This group of thieves, crooks, liars and murderers ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!

To even consider that they would allow the democratic process to play out after all they've done already is absurd. Agree? Disagree?

I think the legislation sitting in committee to reverse amendment 23?, the one that puts term limits on Pres., I think that's there for Jeb.

1. I think you're mistaken. There's a severe case of Bush fatigue in this
country right now, and that extends to people in his family.

4. Why do you suppose that Katharine Harris would put up 10 million
dollars of her own money to get elected? Nobody gambles that kind of money unless they have a sure thing. Harris in 2006 and Bush in 2008?

16. And what does "20 points behind" really mean in the Imperial Provinces
of Amerika...particularly Georgia and Florida, who's voting machines will tally what they are told.

I think Cruella has "won" already.

18. if cruella had an automatic win, she
wouldn't have to put up her own 10 mil. the party elite deserted her so they aren't going to chance getting caught on her behalf.

26. Sure she would...the illusion MUST be maintained
If she didn't go out and spend the money and pretend to campaign, how would it look when POOF, Diebold sez she wins.

Hell, she might not even know how guaranteed her "victory" is. Plausible deniability, you know.

6. Would you agree that they have to put up someone who will keep all
of their secrets and will continue with their PNAC plans? And most importantly...will keep them (Cheney, Wolfie, bolton) in control, even if behind the scenes.

They cannot afford to have "just any" Republican insterted.

28. methinks you have much to high of an opinion
of the american electorate.

lost, survivor and idol are still much more important than realizing the entire media is selling us a line of shit. i mean, when people perform in any capacity, be it good performance or bad performance, and americans take delight in the overthetop public humiliation heaped on them....

i'm just sayin'....

12. But 6 years ago
very few people knew about these ghosts. Even the AWOL rumor was tinfoil hat territory. Now a lot of this information is common knowledge. Jeb might have delusions of presidential grandeur but I think he'll end up making a fool of himself on a street corner with Katherine Harris.

5. That amendment would never help Jeb unless he didn't run for years
It will take years to get that through all the states to ratify it. they obviously have long term plans that we haven't even caught a wiff of yet for that legislation.

10. The Bush family didn't want Jeb to run because of his wife and kids.
The wife was doing OK (political wife-wise) until she lied to US Customs about how much ($ amount) designer clothes she brought back from Paris. The daughter has a terrrible drug problem (I feel sorry for her) and has been in and out of jail and rehab. The son has issues too: he was recently cited for some sort of traffic violation involving tearing up a lawn with his car.

13. I agree whole-heartedly.
The ends justify the means for these people.
The Constitution, the Bill of Rights; all circumvented to attain their goals.
They look upon people as widgets. Do widgets have rights?
These guys will not give up power and will go to any lengths to keep it.
It is in their DNA.

15. No, they need a reliable stooge to occupy the throne BETWEEN

Emperors George and Jeb.

Remember, the only thing that keeps millions of Imperial Subjects on line nowadays is fear of Big Brother and the rotting stew that passes for the pale illusory shadow of the Old American Republic that we lost.

It is the one thing they don't dare do (though I could be wrong -- t'jour l'audace).

It could be McCain, more likely Frist, buty no matter who the Imperials select...they will "win".

22. If there were expected to act reasonably, but "in your face" is what they
do best. And with Diebold and ES&S they don't have to pretend to get along witht the other kids anymore.

They've pulled the curtain back this far, with barely a ripple from the citizens. They stroke each other for their audacious behavior.
Question is, will W give up the throne to baby bro, let alone anyone else. Will he be too tired, and trust the next poppet to keep the secrets necessary to prevent jailtime?
Easier, as another DUer said, to just revoke the term limits to the Presidency.

27. Jeb will be the VP on McCain's ticket

The powers that control the repugs know that the nation has "bush fatigue", and that McCain has appeal to the independents and media, and is their best chance to hang onto power. My personal bet is that McCain will survive 2 years of his term, then be assasinated by "terrorists", leaving Jeb sitting in the Oval office for the next 10 years.
