This phrase is something that we should not forget. Heard it on Lou Dobbs last night and it is quite effective against the "tax and spend Democrats"

2. This administration and congress have NOT cut taxes

they have only SHIFTED taxes. There has been NO TAX CUT only a MASSIVE TAX SHIFT to our children and grandchildren.
