Ask all pols difference between War on Terror and Resource Wars
There seems to be a hell of a lot of overlap between the two, and the resource wars actually encourage terrorism.

Frankly, I don't think the GOP gives a fuck about terrorism except as a tool to do other things.

Maybe not all Democrats share that point of view, but every time they say "War on Terror" or anything about terrorism other than as a domestic issue, I wonder if they are on the same page with the GOP and just want to do a kinder, gentler, less transparent resource grab.

Every time you have a chance to talk to a congressman, senator, cabinet official, or party representative, they should be asked about this, or it won't stop just because we change parties in Congress or even the White House.

It makes me sick to here otherwise honest, progressive elected officials talking in these childish, propaganda terms about the one-legged al Qaeda boogey man in Iraq or wondering why Bush hasn't caught bin Laden when they know these are just props to lure the rubes into the tent.

1. You'll never get the neocons to admit it, you'll never get the media to
push the issue.
