NOE IS INDICTED ON 53 FELONY COUNTS IN BWC COIN CASE
February 14, 2006

http://toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060214/NEWS02/60214002

Within hours of gaining control of $25 million from the state of Ohio in 1998, Tom Noe began stealing it, according to a 53-count indictment unsealed yesterday.

He did not stop, the indictment states, until state officials shut down his coin funds last spring.

The indictment by a Lucas County grand jury alleges that Mr. Noe laundered and stole more than $3 million from the rare-coin investment funds he managed for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.

If convicted of all charges and sentenced to the maximum penalties, Mr. Noe could face 172.5 years in prison

3. Couldn't we knock off about 50 years.....
If he turns states evidence on all the other crooksters.
Hell.... we could knock off another 20 if he wears a wire at the next RNC meeting.

Of course he would have to do the rest..... rule of law and all concha know.

6. with "time off for good behavior," he could be done in a mere 40
Frankly, I WANT him released on parole in the Ohio of 2047. No more living on the largesse of the state, in a cozy penitentiary. Let his geriatric arse hobble out the gate to join the refugees and marauders scavenging the war- and industry-ravaged wasteland that he helped create.

7. I don't know how it works
Is this something that could earn him a presidential pardon?

I'm thinking he will be tried and convicted of at least some of those charges before **** leaves office. Is it possible for Noe to recieve a pardon? I think it would be another crime if he did.
