Should the right wing succeed in packing the US Supreme Court with their nominees and the likes of Scalia and Alito succeed in throwing out Medicare, Social Security, and most of the rest of the social safety net as unconstitutional, will we see a massive waves of suicides as despairing citizens realize what happens to them, or will they pat themselves on their new-found "freedom" and return contentedly to their new dwellings in shantytown?
