SOTU - new toon 1/31/06

from news stories over the past couple of days - it's being said bush*'s SOTU will not have any specifics - it will have lots of generalities and bubble-viewing

I know it's difficult for many of us to actually sit and listen to him so I've taken the liberty of providing a quick summary of the speech. I feel this should pretty much cover the essence of the SOTU.
