Why No More Attention to Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Problems
Edited on Wed Jan-18-06 11:30 AM by erpowers
I heard one story about the trouble Bush is having with his new drug plan. I think this story was prompted due to Gore mentioning the problems with the drug plan. I am somewhat wondering why we are not hearing more about this bungle by the Bush Administration. I contend that if Clinton or Gore had had something like this happen to them the media would be all over the story asking how they could have made such a big mistake. So I want to see more reports on how bad things are going for the new drug plan. This is a big issue this plan seems to be completely out of wack and messed up, but the media does not seem to be reporting the complete disaster that this program is or has become.

1. This is being talked about more in the country than in DU

DU is focused on other things. But this problem with the unworkable Medicare Drug Plan is pissing off a lot of Americans. This is a visible problem that affects real people. I think this is going to prove to be one of the biggest issues of 2006.
**Can you put something about the Medicare Drug Plan in the name of this post. It might help in showing what the thread is about and garner more dicussion.

2. You're right TayTay.
This is not an easy "fix".

3. It sure was easy for them to screw it up even more.
I feel very sorry for the seniors affected, and hope someone with some brains can 'fix' it.
