So "states rights" are only meant for red states and only for RW

So "states rights" are only meant for red states and only for RW
issues. Never for social justice or liberal causes. That's what it seems to me concerning the Oregon SCOTUS voting breakdown. Only the three most conservative justices dissented from the decision. If this is how the justices feel about patient-approved, assisted suicide, what about the death penalty and especially the death penalty by injection?

2. Always - it's code for "expect no federal protection of your civil
or human rights." When the term "states' rights" is uttered, be afraid.
