RED INK? New monthly report from DeLay's political action committee shows it took in eight November contributions totaling $39,000 while paying $62,671 in expenses. Those expenses included more than $20,000 in legal fees. The PAC reported $69,322.79 cash on hand and $145,931.81 in debts.

1. Don't worry about it.
I'm sure Delay has some rainy day money tucked away somewhere.

The problem is, having to use your own money to defend yourself for screwing other people, instead of using other peoples money to defend yourself for screwing other people. That can't sit well for poor old Tom.
