How will we find out who they spied on? Unless we find out
names and instances, the average busy American will not give a damn. Is there a mechanism whereby we can find out? Or do we need to pray for a leak?

1. Pray for a leak because this administration
will release nothing even under the FOIA.

2. And I don't think you'll have to pray too hard.
A sinking ship always sprouts leaks - and I'm confident that 2006 will be an even 'leakier' year than this one was.

4. Can a court or congress...
subpoena Bush's enemies list ?? ( meaning those who are being spied on)

I don't expect any Repubs to rat out or turn on their Lord & Master...
I 'm just curious if it's possible... even if we have to wait until 2006 to uphold the law.

5. Either a court or congress could issue a subpoena.
Like Nixon, though, Bush and Cheney will stonewall and fight the subpoena up to the Supremes on national security grounds. That's another reason to fight like HELL to keep Alito off the Court.
