BUSH: "And so what the Patriot Act said is, let's give our law enforcement the tools necessary — without abridging the Constitution of the United States — the tools necessary to defend America".

What is the question here?

Did he fail to uphold the Constitution? - Yes.
Did he break the law? - Yes.
Did he lie? - Yes.

Ron Paul - 14th District, TX? He'd be my guess. It has to be a GOP rep. If I were Pelosi, I'd start jawboning him NOW.
