Will those 'stolen' explosives be suddenly found, safe and un-used, thanks to information obtained via domestic wire-taps -- followed by the WH saying, "See, we TOLD you this was all about keeping America safe."

I wasn't proposing this as a valid WH argument, or a real-life news story. I'm just so in tune with this Admin coming up with 'means' to justify their 'ways' every time they're in shit over something, I watch every news story looking for the 'Rove angle' ...

I think they've over-played the 'terra' attacks, and they know it. So something is going to have to take its place. What? I wish I knew -- but I'm always waitin' and wonderin' what outrageous thing they're going to come up with next ...

They have sufficient probable cause to obtain the proper warrant for the eavesdropping necessary to try to find the missing explosives.

It is not just listening to listen, it is listening with a specific purpose and the list of possible suspects exists - so a warrant (court order) could be obtained under the provisions of the patriot act.

Illegal means aren't necessary so they can't use illegal taps to justify their crimes.

good news for us. If you look at the past year every month there was something new.
