as were lost on 9.11.
Because they are soldiers, are their lives any less significant than those who were victims on 9.11?
This is what pisses me off about the whole Republican spin. We lost 3,000 people (not all American citizens) on 9.11. We've lost almost 2200 soldiers and have killed tens of thousands of Iraqis in the name of fighting the enemy "there," so we don't have to fight them "here."
What is the difference in losing life on US soil vs. Iraq soil? Are the lives lost in Iraq any less valuable?
Civilian or soldier, the loss of lives on 9.11 and since, in the immoral war, are equally tragic.
I wonder why, when the Pubs are spinning, they always seem to forge the human cost of their lies--since 9.11.
Damn them all. If they go to meet that God they supposedly worship, they'll have much to answer for.
